TRAINING.
Kisongo Academic College is an education organisation which is established at Kisongo Village in Arusha Region in the northern zone of Tanzania. Kisongo Academic College is hosting two study departments.The following departments are established to deal with all academics and non-academics matters at the college:

DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND CONCERVATION TRAINING
1.2 General objective:
The objective of developing countries at this time in education is generalisation of basic education, Promotion of pupils and students to the highest levels based solely on merit and capacity, reinforcement of teaching of Secondary education,vocation education, information technology and computer studies, as well as to strengthen the availability’s of knowlegeble personals to work in our wildelife areas, and improvement of conservation, care and preserve our environmental.
1.3 Foundation for the KAC Programs.
The swiftness and level of development in Tanzania is such that there is a high demand for human resources, especially in technology sector and knowledgeable manpower, which are well and highly qualified.There is increasing number of primary school standard seven leavers and lower secondary school form four leavers, who obtain the minimum entry requirements and yet access to secondary school and advanced education is denied because of limited number of places in the available schools/Institutions for continuation of their education. Kisongo Academic College will therefore enhancement of greater community participation in education;
The government’s policy of reconstruction and conservation requires more skilled manpower of high caliber that will be able to face the challenges of the future and lead in the better conservation process, and to reach this the proper process, have to start at secondary level of education and professional training.
The KAC various programs will provide multi-purpose secondary education offering diversified curricula linking education to the world of work, as well as an opportunity to students who have currently hit a dead-end as far as career development is concerned. This will make the proposed short and long courses more attractive as students and pupils be able to obtain higher or better qualifications for their future. Job specifications are now more specific and the general manpower will therefore receive a focused training. These programs can provide more opportunity to O-level secondary school levers to proceed to
A-level secondary education and it prepares students for tertiary and higher education.
1.4 Training:
KAC will engage fully in human resource development, through teaching and training. As well as promotion of teaching of science subjects, technical and vocational training at all levels of education
